Frederick joined SEARCH in 2022 with more than 20 years of legal experience. He oversees SEARCH's corporate, transactional, regulatory, and internal legal needs while assisting with strategic ideation and implementation.
Frederick earned his bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Colgate University and his juris doctorate from the University of Colorado.
Joining SEARCH in the midst of transitioning away from his role as owner of a successful manufacturing business, Frederick also serves in both leadership and advisory/consulting roles for an independent Waldorf school as well as various not-for-profits in the greater Portland area.
Frederick lives in Maine.
