BOEM Report Receives Outstanding Resource Document Award
SEARCH is pleased to announce that the Inventory and Analysis of Coastal and Submerged Archaeological Site Occurrence on the Pacific Outer Continental Shelf report has been selected for an Outstanding Resource Document award from the California Association of Environmental Professionals. ICF International (ICF) led the multidisciplinary team that included SEARCH and Geoarchaeological Research. The study presents data on significant archaeological sites, Traditional Cultural Properties (TCPs), built environmental resources, shipwrecks, potential culturally sensitive submerged landforms, coastal and submerged site potential, and paleolandscape reconstructions.
The award will be presented at the 2015 California Association of Environmental Professionals Conference held in Santa Barbara, California in March.
