NOAA Grants Reciprocity to SEARCH Dive Program  

As part of a NOAA contract to conduct maritime archaeology dive operations within the Papahanaumokuakea Marine National Monument (http://papahanaumokuakea.gov/welcome.html), the NOAA Diving Control Board reviewed the SEARCH Scientific Diving Manual, staff qualifications, safety training, and perfect safety record. NOAA determined that SEARCH meets or exceeds NOAA standards, and they granted reciprocity between the NOAA Dive Program and the SEARCH Scientific Diving Program.
