Our Maritime Division staff meets or exceeds the USACE requirements for Contract Diving Operations contained in Section 30 of the “U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual”, EM 385-1-1, dated November 3, 2003. SEARCH has extensive prehistoric and historic underwater archaeology experience and we have proven our ability to respond to multiple maritime requests anywhere in the world.
SEARCH leads the maritime archaeology industry in our use of the latest technology, software, and state-of-the-art equipment, such as our Klein 3000 side scan sonar and Kirby Morgan surface supplied air helmets. Our investment in advanced equipment improves the accuracy of our data, accelerates the delivery of our services, and increases the safety of our staff.
